Patient commitments

Clear information. Respectful care.

Our patient-first commitments guide discussions with hospitals and families. Ask your treating hospital to confirm the policies, charges and support arrangements that apply to your care.

What to expect

Practical commitments for your care journey.

01 / COSTS

Written, itemised charges

Ask for the session charge and any consumables, medicines, investigations or access-care charges before treatment. Confirm what is included and how any change will be explained.

02 / TREATMENT

The prescribed care plan

Treatment decisions belong to the treating clinician. Any change to a prescribed dialysis session should be clinically justified, recorded and explained.

03 / REFERRALS

Transparent recommendations

NDCC’s stated commitment is to neither pay nor accept referral commissions. Ask the team to explain the clinical reason for any referral or investigation.

04 / RECORDS

Help with continuity of care

Ask the hospital how to obtain your prescriptions, treatment summaries and reports, and what is needed for a safe transfer to another provider.

05 / CLINICAL FIT

The right setting for your needs

If a hospital cannot provide the required level of care, the treating team should explain the appropriate referral or escalation pathway.

06 / FEEDBACK

A clear contact for concerns

Contact NDCC for coordination concerns and your treating hospital for clinical issues. Ask for the responsible person, expected response time and escalation route.

Payment & scheme enquiries

Confirm coverage at the treating hospital.

Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY), the Pandit Deen Dayal scheme, insurance and TPA support depend on the hospital’s current empanelment, your eligibility, the treatment and any required approval. No scheme or card acceptance is claimed across all NDCC service locations.

Before you rely on cashless treatmentAsk the hospital billing team to confirm the applicable scheme, required documents, authorisation and any amount payable by you.
Raise a concern

Reach the NDCC coordination team.

Call +91 9956656678 or email neodialysis@gmail.com. Include the hospital name and a brief description of your concern. Request a safe channel before sharing detailed medical records.

Urgent clinical concerns must go to your treating hospital. Routine contact channels are not emergency services.
